Republic of Tyva  £25
Sholban Kara-ool,
Chair of the Government
of the Republic of Tyva
VI Siberian Federal District
Located in the geographic center of Asia (southern part of East Siberia),
the Republic of Tyva borders Mongolia, the Republic of Altai, the Republic
of Khakassia, the Republic of Buryatia, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and the
Irkutsk Region. While it boasts a beautiful nature with a truly unique flora and
fauna, the Republic of Tyva also possesses enormous natural resources. With its considerable natural wealth and a great cultural potential, Tyva has a special investment appeal among other Russian regions. There is no doubt that the huge economical gains that are possible in Tyva are a more than sufficient reward for the potential investment risks.

Ventures in such areas as timber, processing of agricultural products,
development of deposits of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and other minerals, manufacture of production materials, and tourism, form a foundation for attracting investment and expanding international and inter-regional economic relations. Construction of the Kyzyl–Kuragino railroad (supported by the Russian Government) will open new vistas for development of the above-mentioned sectors and the Tyva’s manufacturing industries as a whole.

The existing investment laws of Tyva stipulate equal rights for all investors,
and ensure protection of property and investments.

And last but not least, the beauty of the Republic’s pristine nature attracts
tourists from all over the world. We are happy to welcome guests. The Republic of Tyva is open to mutually beneficial cooperation with Russian and foreign business circles.

Welcome to our Republic!
